Our work starts by listening to your experience and understanding what hurts. We look for patterns of thoughts and behaviors, identifying their origin (CBT). We challenge the usefulness of beliefs and patterns carried from childhood. In the meantime, I will share coping tools to manage your emotions better (DBT). The goal is to process and get past those to move forward based on your strengths. Given my expat background, I have experience working with expat clients, teens, and adults. I am registered in France and Singapore and certified in Canada. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma-informed therapy.
