I have many years experience offering instruction and guidance on the principles and practices of yoga. I have also worked for several years as a life coach. My primary interest is in helping people to know who they are so as to celebrate life. I provide a supportive space for individuals to navigate emotional and psychological challenges, with a focus on uncovering the deeper forces driving their thoughts and behaviours.
