I believe therapy isn't one-size-fits-all; each person has unique needs. In our first session, we'll explore your reasons for seeking therapy, struggles, and any obstacles. I'll then create a personalised treatment plan using an eclectic approach that combines therapeutic interventions tailored to your goals and personality. My treatment often includes a combination of ACT, ABT, CBT and DBT. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including children, teenagers, adults and couples. Along with private practice, I am also an ESF school counsellor. I'm accredited with HKPCA and hold additional certification in ACT, Gottman's Couple Therapy and ABT (Arts-Based Therapy). I offer therapy sessions in-person in Central or online via video. I am available on weekdays and Saturday afternoons.
