In your first session, the approach will often be relational and a chance to explore what has brought you to therapy, from there I consider the best therapeutic approach based on your issues. I often use an integrative approach so I can tailor the approach to your specific needs. For younger children assessment can be done through play as well as parent conversations. I offer therapy sessions online and in person. I'm available Mon-Thurs weekdays and evenings. Dedicated practice room in my home with a cat. Concessionary rates from £40 available.
