My approach is grounded in empathy, safety, and collaboration - creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. EZ Counselling is a cash practice and payments can be done through EFT or Card. I am registered with the BHF and the client can submit with the medical aid. I am a registered counsellor with a special focus on supporting individuals and/or families through trauma, loss, grief and other life transitions and challenges. I also offer guidance to parents who are navigating the challenges of raising children. Here you will find a safe, calm and non-judgemental space where your story matters!
