I often use Schema therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and what maladaptive behaviours are affecting your functioning, from self, family and work. During treatment, I'll help you change these maladaptive behaviors and also maladaptive coping mechanisms into those that will help you better manage your life holistically. I offer both in person sessions and also online therapy.
