I believe therapy should be tailored towards each individual's unique needs. Therefore, I use a variety of treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and mindfulness therapy. I assign homework to clients to facilitate learning and skill development between therapy sessions, which allows clients to monitor their own progress. I offer therapy sessions in-person and virtually. I am available most weekdays, evenings and weekends. I can provide direct billing for some insurers. For other plans, payment is due at the time of service, and I will provide you with a receipt after each session that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please ensure you check your coverage before booking a session.
