I use a blend of talk-based and body-aware approaches, shaped by what feels most helpful for you. Sessions are steady, supportive, and grounded in compassion. You'll have space to explore what's been difficult, build self-understanding, and begin to feel more at ease in yourself. I offer online, telephone, and in-person counselling - or a mix of these, depending on what works best for you. I've supported people through crisis lines, mental health charities, and addiction services, often with complex or long-held emotional struggles. I also work with those who've felt unseen in therapy. My training includes trauma, emotional regulation, ACT, and somatic work. If you feel things deeply, overthink constantly, or often second guess yourself, it can be hard to feel settled in who you are. Maybe you’re your own worst critic, always pushing yourself to do better, to be more, or to keep things together for others.
