I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adult clients in private practice. I work with individuals as well as couples.
I offer face-to-face and online therapy sessions. I'm available Wednesdays in North Perth, and Fridays in South Perth. My approach to therapy is Person-Centred. I draw on a number of therapeutic styles, but firmly believe that people are the experts in their own lives, and it is my role to help you build your inner strength and resilience. I have found that cultivating compassion and gratitude can shift the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us, and this is one area we might explore in sessions. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it’s a brave and powerful step toward change.
