Hello, I'm Sophie and I am based in Edinburgh. I offer face-to-face and online counselling sessions in two cosy rooms in EH10 and EH6. Clients often say that when faced with a life issue, it is useful to share how they are feeling with someone outside of family and friends. People often feel they hide parts of themselves, to cope with the outside world and need a safe space to talk with a meaningful connection to work things through and make the changes they want. As a registered counsellor, I really believe that each of us has the essence and capacity to grow and that your life experiences deserve to be heard.
