The base of how I work is in the dialogue between person-centered and psychodynamic approaches; however, when appropriate, I may also draw on tools such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), body awareness, or mindfulness to support your process. I hold a Master's in Counselling from the University of Edinburgh, where my research focused on cross-cultural work. Additionally, I have worked at Saheliya in Edinburgh, supporting minority ethnic women, and co-founded The YANA Foundation in Zambia, promoting youth mental health. I am currently open to new clients on Wednesday mornings. My counselling practice centres around the belief that real change happens through relationship—through being truly seen, heard, and accepted as you are.
