I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I'm your first session, we will explore your needs/goals of therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you achieve your goals. With CBT, we will look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and behaviours. The aim of the treatment will be to help you change maladaptive behaviours into adaptive ones. I offer online (audio/video) sessions on Sundays to help those who work and can't find time during working days. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted—perhaps struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. You might want clarity, relief, and a sense of control over your thoughts and emotions. More than anything, you’re looking for a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel understood, validated, and supported to make meaningful changes at your own pace.
