There is no pressure to have answers or to talk about anything before you're ready. I work with Adults seeking individual therapy, Adolescents navigating emotional, social, or developmental challenges and Parents and guardians looking for guidance and support. I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Coventry University, alongside a range of additional training, certifications, and ongoing professional development. I engage in regular clinical supervision and remain committed to reflective, ethical practice. I offer in-person sessions in Cork City Centre and Midleton.
