Sessions are £50 per hour whether in person or online and are paid in advance. Text support sessions are £30 and may be available to neuro-divergent clients and/or teen clients who do not feel ready for face-to-face counselling just yet. I offer therapy sessions in-person from my warm and cosy counselling room on the Prestwich/Salford border. I also offer text/remote support. I will offer creative techniques such as imagery, metaphor, art to get to know you better and provide a space for you to express yourself (you absolutely do not need to be arty to benefit from this!). I grew up locally and studied at The University of Oxford, The University of Hull and trained to be a counsellor at Bury College.
