My first priority is to help you feel safe enough to be honest (including about the parts you don’t usually say out loud). We’ll go at a pace that’s manageable & make sense of what’s going on together rather than me “doing therapy to you.” I’ll bring compassion & steadiness, but I’m also not afraid to be direct when something matters in a way that’s respectful.
