I am a Pre-Accredited Associate Member of IAHIP and IABP and I have 4 years of clinical experience, including supervised practice during training. You can choose between two ways of working together: 1) Talk-based psychotherapy, where you can explore what's happening for you and may include gentle body awareness, movement, or expression as needed. 2) Psychotherapy including Biodynamic Massage. It involves touch techniques (on the skin or over light clothing) done on a massage table without oils.
