I offer therapy online and in-person (Clifton, Bristol) during weekdays and some evenings. Sessions are 50 minutes, once or twice weekly. In addition to my clinical training, I hold a PhD and am currently completing an MA in Applied Neuroscience at King's College London. I am fascinated by how advances in scientific understanding can enhance therapeutic work. I work with people who are curious about themselves. If you sense there's something more beneath the surface and want to understand yourself better, this space is for you. You might arrive with a vague sense that something feels off, or with a clear idea of what needs to shift. Together we'll identify what exactly is happening and work on addressing it. My approach provides a confidential space to explore the patterns that keep repeating, the relationships that feel stuck, or the choices you have outgrown. Sessions are grounded in whatever you are currently feeling while staying oriented toward where you want to go.
