My approach to therapy is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also see a need for insight into the meaning that we make/have made of things and how that impacts our present. Therapy then, involves opening space for a person to increase awareness of their own process and to see alternative perspectives, thereby empowered to make different life decisions.
