I have learned through experience that CBT can help clients with a variety of issues. I also encourage clients to have a mindfulness practice to help them stay in the present rather than going into the past or projecting into the future. Also self acceptance for how we are at this moment is helpful in quieting the "inner critic" that can undermine our best efforts to feel better I have had training in solution focused therapy, CBT, family mediation and chronic pain management.
