I am a general psychologist with over 30 years of experience. I come to therapy with a non-pathologising view of symptoms and behaviour. My view is that the vast majority of symptoms of "mental illness" are an understandable response to various life circumstances. Some deep in our past, some in our present. I am passionate about helping people to heal, grow, and live full lives. I enjoy working at deep levels to shift stuckness, often the result of prior trauma. I work only with adults.
