I am offering online and telephone sessions Worldwide. I am also working by appointment from my offices in Central Cardiff, UK. I offer therapy in person, online and phone therapy. I am available during the daytime and online up to 7pm in the evenings. I am very much an integrated therapist. My base is person centred but my training and background enhances a multi-facetted experience, depending on what the clients brings to the session. We work on how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience of life in general, and the people around you. I take payments via bank transfer and you will be sent an invoice via email. From studying Psychology I felt that I wanted more to offer my clients and decided to embark on training in family therapy, couples therapy, therapy in general and then went on to teach therapy through gaining my teachers qualification.
