Talking can bring insight and understanding, but lasting change often requires working with the body. The places where experience is actually held — in sensation, posture, breath, tension & impulse. When you’ve been carrying stress or trauma for a long time, it can feel like you're just surviving — disconnected from yourself, from others, and from the life you want to live. The body often speaks through unease, tension, or symptoms like anxiety, burnout, sleep issues, or chronic pain. These are not signs of failure — they’re messages asking for your attention and care.
