I am working from the Blanchardstown Therapy Centre following a Covid 19 protocol and in line with IACP guidelines. I offer in-person sessions at Blanchardstown Therapy Centre and in Community Well Studio in Donabate. I also offer online sessions I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Therapy, yoga, mindfulness, somatic practices, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support healing and emotional well-being. This approach helps clients explore their inner experiences, regulate their nervous systems, develop healthier thought patterns, and cultivate emotional resilience and balance. I've completed training in Ashtanga Yoga, meditation for teachers using mantra and mindfulness, and Hellinger's Family Constellations. I've also participated in multiple silent Vipassana retreats and studied Eastern rituals, all of which have deeply shaped my therapeutic approach and client support.
