COVID-19: Due to Social distancing, counselling sessions are delivered through special office arrangements, phone and online video call Counselling sessions are offered in person , phone and online video call. I offer after hours session for working clients I started training in 1980 obtaining qualifications as a Family Support Worker, Family Dispute Practitioner, Women worker and Migrant worker In my practice I use different approaches to suit the individual. In the first session I usually use Narrative therapy to give you and opportunity to ventilate and tell your story. We will discuss the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. I will use psycho-education to equip you with new skills. With CBT, We will look at how your thoughts affect your emotions, experience, behaviours I am happy to discuss payment options that works for you at the time of booking.
