My role as a psychologist largely involves assisting clients to develop emotional resilience, as well as promoting healthy behaviour change. This results in clients living a more fulfilling life, regardless of what their current and or future circumstances present. Being able to accurately assess and treat clients in a supportive environment is central to my practice. Due to the nature of my psychology training, as well as my personal experience growing up as a 1.5 generation Korean/Asian in New Zealand and Australia, cultural responsivity is also a particular interest of mine.
