I have over twenty years experience working with adults experiencing mental and emotional distress. I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and have worked as a senior clinician in the NHS for over a decade. I offer a limited number of reduced rate sessions for unemployed/low income clients, students and refugees/asylum seekers. My core approach is psychodrama - an evidence-based psychotherapy that explores existential issues, identity, relationships, past traumas and present difficulties through creative action.
