I’m a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist who trained with Flatstone Institute Cork. I use a person centred approach in my work. Everybody deserves to be supported by another in order to get through an issue in their lives. I’m also a group facilitator for personal development groups. I use range of different theories and techniques in order to help you the client develop and find the growth desired.
