I will follow all the guidelines of the HSE in order to ensure the safety of all clients while still working face to face or online. Life is not always smooth and can present us with situations, some more difficult than others. Some of these situations can be sorted with the help of friends and family and others may need the help of a professional. As a therapist it is my belief that all clients are individual and so my service will be tailored to the individual needs of each client. My work is to help the clients better understand what their needs are and assist in the changes the client wants to make in order to meet these needs. Counselling is a collaborative process where I will assist each client to set goals and work with them in order to achieve these.
