I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adult clients in private practice. I work with individuals as well as couples.
I have undertaken training in several therapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR and Schema Therapy. Anita is a registered psychologist and board-approved supervisor with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of psychological concerns. She has particular interests in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, life transitions and adjustment difficulties, eating and body image concerns, Intellectual Disability, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Anita also works extensively with individuals who have experienced trauma, including abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. She provides psychological services through Medicare, private referrals, Victim Services, NDIS and Open Arms.
