I am an experienced and empathic psychotherapist working in Galway for the past 13 years. I offer both short term and longer term support. Within my practice I have supported people struggling with work related stress, relationship issues, anxiety, anger, low mood and I have a keen interest in working with self esteem issues. I work from a place of compassion and aim to support clients in finding this part within themselves also. We work in collaboration with one another curiously exploring whatever parts present themselves within the sessions.
