I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationship issues. I am passionate about healing past traumas and discovering possibilities for change. My approach is rooted in self exploration and analysis of the stories people tell themselves and how shifting those narratives can alleviate guilt, worry and sadness. Many of my clients are experiencing major life transitions -- whether on the journey to starting a family or entering a new phase of independence -- and a change in thinking style and perspective can unlock new purpose and potential.
