Our team are offering in person and online sessions. In my practice I like to let my clients set the pace. Therefore, we will initially focus on building a rapport, with our relationship being the foundation of effective therapeutic outcomes. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. I then incorporate CBT to support you in making clear changes & progress. Amy is a UK native and has been providing professional, empathic and person-centered counselling for teens, adults & families, in Hong Kong since 2015. She adopts an integrative approach drawing on her training in Psychotherapy, CBT & TF-CBT.
