I know it can be hard to begin seeing a counsellor, and I will work hard to help you feel safe and comfortable. I am interested and experienced in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, relationship problems, and stress management, using the latest therapeutic techniques. I have a particular interest in helping adults cope with the suffering caused by abuse. I am fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and am very familiar with cross-cultural issues and problems experienced by individuals and families with a Chinese background.
