I offer face-to-face and online sessions. Face-to-face meetings can be conducted at the therapy centre or in the comfort of your home/office I am also a member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches, and a Certified Children's Character, Confidence and Courtesy Coach (ICTC). I am a certified coach and counsellor, with 27 years of experience. I am also an MOE-registered instructor. I work with both adults and teens, with a focus on navigating change and overcoming obstacles. My programmes are highly-customised according to each individual's needs. The location (in-person or virtual), frequency and duration are flexible.
