I have extensive experience as a psychometrician and psychologist mainly utilizing interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also a certified specialist in assessment psychology under the Psychological Association of the Philippines and a certified psychosocial support trainer and responder for the Department of Health. While I only have 9 years of clinical practice, I have experience being deployed on local and national operations to provide psychosocial support and education to individuals experiencing psychological distress. I have also volunteered in different non-profit organizations that promote well-being and mental health.
