I am a BACP Registered, Integrative counsellor, supporting adults and young people (16 and over) in the Windsor, Maidenhead and Henley area. I offer both shorter term therapy, where we focus on working through a particular issue over a period of 6 to 12 weeks and longer term open-ended therapy. I work with a wide variety of clients and issues, including both recent or childhood trauma and sexual trauma.
