You will be able to explore your feelings, to resolve internal conflicts and find a path towards your authentic self. In simpler terms, when you feel lost, scared, anxious, fearful, alone or misunderstood, I will walk alongside you, to find a way forward that you feel better about. I believe this approach works successfully with the majority of people, experiencing a wide range of issues.
