Often we're so busy trying to please other people, we lose ourselves in the process! It's my belief that freedom comes from having nothing to hide, nothing to chase and nothing to prove. While therapy is not about me 'fixing you', or giving advice and opinions, I will help you to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.
