Although trained in Transactional Analysis I integrate other modalities and theories into my work, including current thinking around neurodiversity. I work with adults and teenagers struggling with anxiety, depression, self-hard, trauma, personalty. disorders. I work in a very relational way meaning that the relationship between us is the most important aspect and where, I believe, the healing takes place.
