I currently offer sessions via Zoom and face to face on request. During our first session, we will go through a verbal 'contract' which will outline the practicalities (e.g. confidentiality and data protection) and expectations of therapy. We will then use the first session as a scoping session, where I will ask you questions to find out more about you and your life and what you would like therapy to help you with.
