I work with individuals who experience distress, anxiety and depression in their daily lives. People come to therapy with me because something isn't going to plan, perhaps a specific life event, or a series of failed relationships, or perhaps recommended by a friend, family member or GP. I offer a safe space to offer tools and strategies for improving your day to day experience, whilst also exploring the root cause of these life challenges.
