I work therapeutically with adult individuals, as well as with children, young people and families, to support them in getting to where they need to be. There are many different counselling and therapeutic theories, and spending time together with people who would like my help, we work out together which approach or approaches are going to be the most comfortable fit for them. People seeking help can work with me either in the Lincoln, Newark or Mansfield areas.
