I support young people aged 12+ and adults to talk about their problems. I provide a relaxed and calm space for you, or your child, to talk about the things that are keeping you awake at night, or always niggling at the back of your mind. As well as supporting adults, I work with young people. I enable a young person to feel safe and comfortable in the session, giving them the space to talk about what they’re going through.
