I am a warm and friendly dual-qualified integrative therapist and EMCC accredited coach. I have a degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling and am trauma-informed. I work with adults aged 18 and above. I am passionate about helping individuals move from a state of overwhelm and stuckness towards balance and fulfilment.
