I work relationally and in the moment. I wish to create a space where you can be begin to gain an understanding of yourself and to explore what doesn't feel quite right. It can be experimental in nature as well as more structured if that is what you prefer. We can find a way that feels right. There is not a one size fits all approach. Understanding our emotions can be challenging and the way we experience them is different for everyone.
