I provide psychotherapeutic counselling currently entirely online. Having spent over 50 years in London I have recently moved to Highland Perthshire. To understand patterns and roles I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, at different stages of their lives and with different things that they would like to address. Sometimes people come with something specific such as anxiety or a bereavement, following a relationship breakdown or with obsessive compulsive symptoms.
