I am Ly Solomon. I help neurodivergent teens and adults with ADHD and/or Autism work with (not against) their brain as they navigate life's ups and downs. I tailor my approach based on each client's needs prioritizing the therapeutic relationship, and drawing from different modalities such as neurodivergent-affirming, emotion-focused, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic practices. Although I work with neurotypical clients for various concerns in other centers, I am focusing on neurodivergent clients under this platform. PS I am a psychologist practicing psychotherapy, and not a psychiatrist. :)
