I have been providing one to one counselling & psychotherapy to adults in Lewes and E. Sussex since 2006. I work within an integrated humanistic framework which means that we work together to find the right answers for you. All the research suggests that it is the relationship between therapist and client that is the key ingredient in successful outcomes, which is why I offer an introductory 30 minute phone call free of charge.
