Formally speaking my approach would be described as existential, integrative and person centred. In practice that means that my focus is on my client and their unique life experience, while also being aware of the struggles that are common to us all. I don't have all the answers, but work in partnership with my client to find them, using techniques and ideas from anywhere that's useful, including Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness Mediation and Gestalt Therapy.
