About

I work in a way that is calm, grounded and relational. When people come to see me, my first priority is to understand who they are, not just what they are struggling with. I create a space where you can speak honestly, feel what you feel, and explore your inner world without being judged, rushed or analysed from a distance. My approach is integrative and trauma informed. I do not see people as a collection of symptoms or diagnoses. I look at the whole person, including their history, relationships, nervous system, attachment patterns and the experiences that shaped how they learned to survive. Together we make sense of why certain thoughts, emotions and behaviours show up, so they feel understandable rather than overwhelming or shameful. I specialise in working with people who feel stuck, disconnected, or worn down by long term emotional pain, trauma, attachment wounds, identity struggles or treatment that has not helped. Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to manage or fix themselves. I help them develop a kinder, more honest relationship with who they are. In our work together, I balance warmth with clarity. I will meet you with compassion, but I will also gently point out patterns that keep you trapped, such as self criticism, avoidance, people pleasing or emotional shutdown. We work with these patterns carefully, so change can happen in a way that feels safe and sustainable rather than forced. My goal is not just to reduce symptoms. It is to help you feel more grounded in yourself, more emotionally steady, and more able to live and relate in a way that feels true to who you are. Over time, many people notice that they feel more confident, more connected to their body and emotions, and better able to handle closeness, boundaries and difficult feelings. People often tell me that working with me feels both safe and real. They feel deeply understood, and supported in doing the work of change in a way that is human, respectful and genuinely transformative.
